Prevent the Flu and Help Stop the Spread of Germs
- Wash your hands with soap and water! Clean your hands after coughing or sneezing.
- Stay home from work/school when sick!
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Put your used tissue in the waste basket.
- If you don't have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.

Flu vaccines are now available
for K-State students, spouses, faculty, staff and family members
Lafene Health Center has seasonal flu vaccinations available for students, spouses, faculty, staff and family members (age 18 and over). Call 785.532.6544 for information.
The vaccine is NOT available to pregnant women through Lafene Health Center. Consult your OB provider regarding vaccination.
Clinic times:
No appointments—walk-in only between hours of:
8:30 a.m. —11:30 a.m.
CLOSED OVER LUNCH
1:00 p.m.—4:00 p.m.
Payment must be made prior to vaccination.
Cost:
Injectable (20 minute wait required for injection):
Students - $15
All others - $20
Bring Wildcat ID and insurance card.
(Lafene does not have intranasal vaccine available.)
