Book Discussion Game
Instructions:
- Choose and read a book that you like. It would be fun if the book
could be read together.
- This game is meant to facilitate discussion of the book after
reading.
- Take turn rolling a die and moving around the game board the number
of spaces rolled.
- When a player lands on a space, they must follow the written
instructions. If the space contains a letter of the alphabet, the player choose
one of two actions:
- Use the letter to create a word describing the book
- Recall a name or word from the book that begins with that
letter
- To finish his or her turn, the player must explain why they have
chose the word or name about or from the book.
- If the player lands on a free space, they may choose the letter of
the alphabet that they want to use to complete the above tasks.
- If the player cannot comlete the tasks, he or she must return to
their previous spot on the game board and roll again on the next turn.
- The first player to reach the End is the winner!
