BY-LAWS(1) Any person who is interested in opera may be part of the organization. KSUOG does not discriminate for any reason. 2) Executive Council leadership shall consist of: A. The Advisor, who will be the director of the opera at Kansas State University, and will oversee all areas of the organization. B. The President, who will oversee meetings, finances, and all other areas of the organization. C. The Vice-President, who will run meetings that the president cannot attend, and will succedd the president if he or she is unable to perform their duties. D. The Secretary, who will take minutes at all meetings and oversee the publication of the KSUOG Bulletin. E. The Publicity Chair, who will oversee publicity of all meetings and events. F. The Web-Coordinator, who will oversee and maintain the KSUOG Webpage. 3) All officers' terms are held for two academic years unless vacated early. 4) All changes in policy can only be changed by approval of A) Executive Council and B) Majority approval of members. 5) The executive council shall reserve the right to
change policies if there is an urgent need to do so.
