for Designees

Students can grant access to their financial information in KSIS to parents or other individuals.  To request access, please contact your student.  The process requires both the student and the designee to complete several steps. How do I become a designee?

How do I create an eID as a designee?

To create an eID, follow the steps in the Register for an eID page.
How do I access my student's information in KSIS?

To access your student's information, log into KSIS and follow the directions in the Access Student Records page.
I cannot log into KSIS with my eID and password, who do I contact?

If you cannot log into KSIS with your eID and password, first contact your student to verify that they have confirmed your designee access in KSIS.  If your access has been confirmed by your student, then contact the IT Help Desk at 785-532-7722 or helpdesk@ksu.edu for further assistance.
My student has confirmed my account, but I still cannot pay my student's bill through KSIS.  How do I resolve this?
