To apply for membership, open the application form shown below and return to Eric Johnson, KS/AFS Treasurer, Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, 512 SE 25th Ave., Pratt, KS 67124. Dues for the chapter are $10 for non-students and $5 for students.
