Student Writing Contest
This contest represents a great opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to publish their work in popular format.
The ability to translate scientific research into implications that are understood by a general audience is a skill that is highly
sought by today’s employers. However this unique opportunity to publish in Fisheries is underutilized. Please help us
to generate submissions by including this announcement through any opportunities you deem prudent. Progress towards this endeavor
will undoubtedly fortify the significance of fisheries research while adding meaning and value to the students that pursue this
opportunity. Please refer to the attached letter for more specific information regarding the contest. Submissions are due
May 5. For additional details click here.
The deadline for abstract and manuscript submissions has been extended to MARCH 15.
