- Add to history section if necessary
- Update: the current status of community service and/or service-learning, problems encountered, important relationships with local community
- Discuss the campus reaction to last year’s recommendations
- Present any new recommendations for the campus and discuss how the campus will address the sustainability of the program
- Update the suggested five-year plan
- Include new attachments
