Midwest/Campus Compact Citizen-Scholar Fellowship
Kansas M3C Fellows Program
The Midwest Campus Compact Citizen-Scholar Fellowship (M3C Fellows) is a collaboration of eight state Campus
Compacts in the Midwest. Kansas Campus Compact (KsCC) provides campus members with the opportunity to support low-income
and first generation college students who demonstrate academic abilities while maintaining involvement and passion
for community service.
The primary goals of this program is to:
- Improve the retention rates and academic success of low-income, first generation college students who are new enrollees or transfer students.
- Develop a peer network
- Provide support to enable students and build the capacity of postsecondary institutions to serve as agents of civic engagement and respond effectively o local community issues.
- Foster a deep appreciation and understanding of democratic values and citizenship among participants, and nurture the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors that lead to a lifelong commitment to active community and civic participation.

Provides information about the role of the Campus Fellowship Coordinator (CFC), the Member Roster and Community Work Plan
for participating CFCs, and other helpful resources for individuals serving their campus as the CFC.
M3C Fellows - Materials and Forms
Forms for both current M3C Fellows and alumni. Includes information about prohibited activities, enrollment, and
effectively using your Education Award. Loan Forbearance Form, Interest Accrual Form and End of Term/Exit Form.
