Sponsorship Opportunities

In 2013, we saw the successful culmination of nearly a year of planning with the 3rd Kansas Hunger Dialogue and the 8th Universities Fighting World Hunger Summit.  We remain committed to engaging college students, faculty, administrators, and their neighboring communities to work together to alleviate hunger today and to think of new approaches to prevent others from suffering from hunger in the future.

Your organization or institution can be a part of this flagship event and support the work of the top academic minds in the State of Kansas as they collaboratively develop solutions that shape the future. Your sponsorship will demonstrate positive social involvement to attendees and the public and private colleges and universities that they represent. Different sponsorship levels allow you to select the branding elements that will best showcase your organization or institution.

The desired outcomes of the 2014 KHD are:

  • Holding a meal-packaging event that will stay with the local food bank;
  • A stronger and growing network of Kansas college presidents, administrators, faculty, staff, students and community members committed to integrating hunger awareness, advocacy, and action;
  • An increased knowledge of specific and actionable strategies for effective student-led and institution-led initiatives to take action on local and global hunger
