The conference registration fee includes Thursday’s continental breakfast, lunch, and banquet, and Friday’s breakfast buffet. There is a $10 late fee if your registration is postmarked or received on-line after September 1, 2007.

You may pay for your conference registration immediately by credit card using the secure payment site. Kansas State University accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa, DISCOVER, and American Express.
If you need to pay by Purchase Order, please select the “pay later “option and an invoice will be provided as an email attachment. Please send this invoice to your accounts payable department for processing.
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible by contacting the registration office at 785-532-5569 or 1-800-432-8222 or by email to registerdce@ksu.edu.with the subject line of KSAC registration cancellation.
There are no refunds of registration fees available, but participant substitutions are encouraged.
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
