2007 Kansas Student Affairs Conference Case Study
Registration Form
The KSAC Host Committee is pleased to announce the Graduate Student Case Study Competition. The Case Study competition will offer graduate student attendees to showcase innovative and creative ideas and solutions to a presented case.
Guidelines for Case Study:
- All graduate students are welcome to participate. Participants may pair up with another graduate student of their choice or may work by themselves. Those wishing to have a partner are responsible for setting up their own pairs. Graduate student pairs do not have to be from the same institution. Case Study teams may be no more than two students.
- Participants must be registered for the conference in order to participate and must complete the Case Study Registration form. All Case Study registration forms must be received by September 28.
- The Case Study will be distributed to participants on October 1.
- Case Study participants will have twelve (12) days to prepare a presentation for the Case Study Competition judges. A time limit for presentations will be announced after the Case Study registration due date. The presentation time will be followed by a question and answer period with the judges. Case Study presentations will be open for all KSAC attendees to observe.
- KSAC will have a LCD projector and screen available. Laptops will be available upon request. Participants are allowed to bring handouts and/or visual aids, but they are the participants’ responsibility.
- Participants may utilize online resources (i.e. journal articles, professional organization websites, etc.) and academic/class resources (i.e. text books, articles, etc.) but are not allowed to consult other professionals or professors in the field.
- Presentations will take place during breakfast on Friday, October 12. Winner(s) will be announced during the Conference Closing also on Friday, October 12.
