Individuals with chronic health conditions like arthritis, muscle and joint damage or obesity can unfortunately experience significant pain when performing even simple exercises on land. An alternative to land exercise is Aqua Aerobics. The water supports some of the participant’s body weight, decreasing the load on already damaged joints or weakened muscles. Additionally, aqua aerobics can help increase energy and exercise capacity, decrease joint pain, and increase muscular strength.
Classes are held in 8-week sessions. Members must enroll in an entire session to participate.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8-week class session: $45
Tuesday, Thursday 8-week class session: $30
Optional Locker Rental & Towel Service: $20 for 4 months
