LIFE Group Fitness

All land-based group fitness classes are included with a LIFE Membership. Check out the Spring Semester Group Fitness Schedule for the current classes being offered at LIFE!

The LIFE Program Fitness Center is pleased to announce that starting September 17, 2007, we will begin a new aquatics class session. We will offer new sessions every 8 weeks. Punch cards are no longer required. Instead, participants will be able to sign up in advance for any class session. Classes that meet two times per week will cost $30 for the 8-week session. Classes that meet three times per week will cost $45 for the 8-week session. At least 10 participants are required to offer the class, so be sure to sign up in advance for the session you'd like to attend! If a session has already started, new participants are always welcome to join! Please see a desk attendant in Natatorium Room 4 for a prorated price.
