Kinesiology Student Association (KSA)
The Kinesiology Student Association (KSA) is the Undergraduate student organization within the Department of Kinesiology at Kansas State University. The objectives of this organization are to advance the student interest and appreciation of the field of Kinesiology; foster a spirit of loyalty, friendship, and cooperation among students through experiences and responsibilities for a career in the area of Kinesiology.
Requirements to be considered a participating member in good standing:
- Accumulate a minimum of 50 points* per year
- Pay the $10.00 required dues
Meetings and Announcements
KSA meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month in Justin Hall 163 at 7:00 pm.
Point system for membership status
Students receive points for several areas of participation in K.S.A.
Activity Points:
Attending monthly meetings - 15
Helping with a sponsored event - 15
Participation in telefund - 15
KSA is designed to give the Kinesiology students a chance to be heard. Change and opportunity are two things that KSA wants to provide to its members. KSA is designed to be the students' voice, the students' tool for information, and the students' connection to the community and the job market. Please contact KSA officers or sponsors with suggestions and ideas for how KSA can further the Kinesiology students' opportunities and development.
