Women's Class

Less time in the gym with better results

Ladies lifting

Are you interested in getting in better shape or improving your fitness but do not want to spend hours in the gym?  Are you a little intimidated by fitness programs, but would like one designed specifically for women of all ages?  If so, then the Women's Class is for YOU!  This class meets four days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) for one hour.  We use safe, effective and functional everyday movements performed at a relative higher intensity.  You will be challenged daily but the format is non-competitive and focused on results.  Best of all, you will enjoy doing it.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No prior fitness experience is required.  All workouts will be individually scaled to your fitness level by Shely Weinrich, MPH, a CrossFit Certified Instructor.  All workouts will be conducted in small groups (minimum of 3 and maximum of 8) and are constantly varied in format and exercises involved. Each training day will include a strength focus followed with a short workout.

Location, Date and Time

The Women's Class meets from 1-2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays for a cost of $120/month in Natatorium, Room 4.
