Barbell Strength Program
If you want to increase strength, improve sports performance or prepare for CrossFit competitions, this program is for you!
This program is focused on lifting for sport performance. You will learn and develop proficiency on the main barbell lifts for powerlifting (squat, deadlift, and press) and Olympic weightlifting (push press, jerk, clean, and snatch).
No prior weightlifting experience is necessary.
Location, Date and Time
The Barbell Strength Program meets from 6:30-7:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The cost is $120 per month and includes unlimited CrossFit classes. All classes will meet in Natatorium Room 4.
