Kansas Geographic Alliance Resource Center
The Kansas Geographic Alliance maintains two offices (each has a resource library): one is located on the campus of Kansas State University and the other at Fort Hays State University. The KGA office/library in Hays serves western Kansas whereas the Manhattan office/library serves eastern Kansas. Each library is neatly organized so that material(s) can be easily located and accessed for use. There are numerous resources and information available for a teacher who requests assistance. Examples of available information are as follows: GPS units, lesson plans, workbooks, atlases, 3D globes, prepared National Geographic Teaching kits, past conference materials, and maps.
