K-State Zimbra project history
A December 2007 campus-wide survey, Upgrade K-State, showed a clear desire from all K-State constituents for an integrated e-mail and calendaring solution. After a spring 2008 extensive needs analysis was completed, Zimbra was chosen to replace the enterprise e-mail and calendaring systems because it most effectively meets the needs requested by K-State students, faculty, and staff.
- K-State switched to the Zimbra Collaboration Suite for enterprise e-mail May 2009.
- Monday, June 28, 2010 - K-State Zimbra becomes the K-State Calendar.
