There are a few initial steps to take when creating a survey. First, determine the purpose and goal of your survey. What do you want to accomplish? Also, you must either be a K-State faculty member or find a K-State faculty member to sponsor your survey.
Once you have satisfied these steps, you are ready to begin your survey.
