Network Access Control

Students living in the residence halls or Jardine Apartments must install the Impulse SafeConnect policy key in order to access K-State's network. This protects both the student and the University by ensuring that all computers meet the minimum security requirements for access.

The policy key will automatically install itself when the computer connects to the network in the residence halls or Jardine Apartments, but it can also be install it before coming to campus by choosing one of the links below.

Note: The policy key will remain dormant and inactive until it connects to the K-State network in the residence halls.
