Preparing for the student migration

The following will not migrate to Office 365. Prior to the student migration you should identify what you want to keep and take the appropriate action:

Connecting to Office 365

In order to use the full set of Office 365 features at K-State, you should use the webmail client or an Outlook desktop client. Other clients are supported, but they will not provide the full Office 365 experience.
For more information see: Supported email clients for Office 365

Set time zone

The first time you sign into Office 365, you will need to set your language and time zone preference.

Email client configuration
Mobile device configuration

There are new mobile devices being released regularly from nearly every cellular service provider. As a result, not every device has been tested with K-State systems. Please consult with IT Help Desk or your information technology support person before purchasing a device to determine if it provides the specific functionality you require.
