The Media Development Center is located in room 213 of Hale Library. This high-end computer lab is used for video editing, producing CDs/DVDs, scanning and editing images, creating PowerPoint presentations, developing web pages, creating audio recordings and more. The Adaptive Technology Lab, located within the MDC, supports individuals with disabilities.
As a K-Stater you may use of any of our workstations for non-commercial, academic purposes. If you have any questions please contact us at 785-532-7422.
Digital still cameras, digital video camcorders, and tripods may be checked out by faculty, students and staff. Equipment can be checked out Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Room 214, Hale Library (IT Help Desk area). Call 532-4918 to reserve equipment.
The oversize scanner can be reserved by calling Waldo Berry 532-5560 or Phyllis Epps 532-4921.
Use your wildcat card to print 8.5x11 in. or 11x17 in. color copies; cost is $.75 per sheet.
