You can find which lists you own here at K-State using the web interface. Click the "Mailing list management interface" link. Sign in with your LISTSERV user name and password (following the instructions if you don't already have one). If you only own one list, it's name will in the "List Management" box. Any other lists you own will be in the pull down tab at the right end of that box.
New LISTSERV mailing lists are created with the following standard settings:

If you are an owner of the list, you can change the way the list is controlled (called "changing the header") by using the web interface. Click the "Mailing list management interface" link. Sign in with your LISTSERV user name and password (following the instructions if you don't already have one) sign in and put your list name in the "List name" box. Click on the "Configuration" button and you will get a page with the list header in the edit box. Make the changes you want to make (for instance replacing an owner or adding one by adding a new "Owner= " line) and then click the "Update" button. If it tells you something like "Your list header was successfully replaced", it's all done.
If you are an owner of the list, you can change owners by using the web interface. Click on the "Mailing list management interface" link. Sign in with your LISTSERV user name and password (following the instructions if you don't already have one) sign in and put your list name in the "List name" box. Then click the "Configuration" button and find the lines that start with "Owner=" (you may have to scroll down in that box). Add or remove a line for each owner you want to change. When you are finished, click the "Update" button and LISTSERV will tell you if you have been successful.
Note that any owner you list above the "Owner= quiet:" line will be a "maintenance owner" and will receive information about the list (when new people are subscribed, when subscriber e-mail addresses don't work, etc). At least one person for each list must be a maintenance owner.
You can subscribe new people to your list by going to the web interface and clicking on the "Mailing list management interface" link. Sign in with your LISTSERV user name and password (following the instructions if you don't already have one) and make sure your list name is in the "List name" box (if you own more than one list, pick the one you want to work on from the pull down tab). Click on the "Subscribers" button and add them in the "Add a new user to the list" box. I you have more than a few new subscribers, see How do I add multiple people to my list?
You can remove subscribers from your list using the web interface. Go to listserv.ksu.edu/web and click the "Mailing list management interface" link. Sign in with your LISTSERV user name and password (following the instructions if you don't already have one) and make sure your list name is in the "List name" box (if you own more than one list, pick the one you want to work on from the pull down tab). Click on the "Subscribers" button and then use the "Examine or delete a subscription" section to remove the subscribers.
To delete a mailing list you no longer need, please email listhelp@ksu.edu with your request to delete your list.
If you are an owner of the list, you can check who is subscribed to your list by using the web interface. Click on the "Mailing list management interface" link. Sign in with your LISTSERV user name and password (following the instructions if you don't already have one) sign in and put your list name in the "List name" box. Click on the "Subscribers" button and then in the "Review the list membership" section you can click on "in a browser window" to see the list subsriber in a browser window or "by e-mail" to have the subscriber list sent to your e-mail address.
If you are an owner of the list, you can edit your list templates. Go to the LISTSERV web interface at http://listserv.ksu.edu/web and click on the "Mailing list management interface" link. Sign in with your LISTSERV user name and password (following the instructions if you don't already have one) and put your list name in the "List name" box. Click on the "Templates" button and pick the template you want to edit from the drop down list. Click the "Edit From" button and make the changes you want. Be sure to click the "Update" button when you are finished.
A common template to use is a bottom banner telling people how to manage their subscription to your list. Add the following to your bottom banner and LISTSERV will susbstitute your list name and generate a URL to let your subscribers how to do that.

If you are an owner of the list, you can add multiple subscribers at once using the Bulk Operations feature. Go to the LISTSERV web interface and click on the "Mailing list management interface" link. Sign in with your LISTSERV user name and password (following the instructions if you don't already have one) and put your list name in the "List name" box. Click on the "Bulk op." button and follow the instructions there.
Go the the LISTERV web interface, click on the "Subscriber's Corner" link, log in (following the instructions to get a LISTSERV password if you don't already have one) and it will display all the lists that you are subscribed to. In the Report Columns section select the columns you want to see and then the "Submit" button. Select the lists that you want change, toggle the selection at the bottom of the column ("List Names" column to Unsubscribe, etc.) and click on the "Submit changes button. The instructions at the bottom of the page will help you complete several different operations.
If you have forgotten your password, just get a new one. To do that, go to the LISTSERV web interface at http://listserv.ksu.edu/web, click on the "Mailing list management interface" link and then click on the "get a new LISTSERV password first" link and follow the instructions there.
New lists are created so that attachments are not allowed on the list. If you wish to change that, simply remove the line in your list header that starts with "Attachments= ". If you know you only want to allow certain types of attachments (PDFs, etc.) please contact listhelp@listserv.ksu.edu for more details.
