What you need to know
Request a distribution list
Only faculty and staff (non-student employees) can request and be the owner of a distribution list.
- Submit the Distribution List Request Form (eID sign in required).
- After submitting the request form, a full-time staff member at the IT Help Desk will approve or deny the request within 3 business days.
- If approved, an approval email will be sent to the list owner and each member of the list.
- If denied, the requester will receive an email from the IT Help Desk stating why the distribution list was not approved.
