Antivirus software

In order to connect to the campus network, K-Staters must install the university’s free antivirus software and follow other required security measures.

If you receive a suspected phishing email, send the email and original headers to: abuse@ksu.edu

Microsoft Office Suite

The Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365 ProPlus) is available for personal use by K-Staters at no cost and can be installed on up to five PCs or Macs, and five mobile devices. There is also 1 TB of space available via OneDrive.

  • LabView - System design software from National Instruments (Available in labs)
  • Mathematica - Mathematical software (Available in labs)
  • Qualtrics - Comprehensive survey tool
  • Read&Write - Productivity tool for reading, writing, studying, and research
