Caitlin grew up in many towns across Illinois. As an undergraduate, Caitlin studied for a year at the University of Vienna. She loved the language, the culture and the Strüdel so much she returned to Austria for two more years as a Fulbright Teaching Assistant. Since returning to the U.S.A., Caitlin received her M.A. in International Education, worked with diverse student populations on her graduate campus and at the University of Arkansas, and joined K-State ISSS in 2009. Additionally, she has spent a summer in Qingdao, China teaching English and has traveled to the United Kingdom, Canada, St. Kitts and Nevis and much of central Europe. In addition to traveling, Caitlin enjoys skiing, canoeing, reading and keeping in touch with friends around the world.
