iSIS TRAINING
Below is the current iSIS training schedule.
Unless otherwise noted, all sessions will be in Fairchild 9.
To register for any of these iSIS training sessions,
use the HRIS registration process below.
Request Training: If there are no training sessions scheduled for the topic you are needing, use the iSIS Training Request form to request a specific training session.
HRIS registration process
- Sign in to HRIS at www.as.ksu.edu/HRIS.
- Click Employee Self Service.
- Click Training and Development.
- Click KSU Training Enrollment.
- Click Search by Course Name.
- Type iSIS in the Course Name field.
- Click Search. (This will bring up a list of possible courses).
- Click View Available Sessions
beside the desired course.
- Click the Session number for the desired session (see list below for a map of session numbers to dates and times).
- Verify the information about the sessions, then click Continue.
- Feel free to enter any comments (NOTE: These comments will be sent to you, your supervisor, your
department personnel specialist, and Employee Relations and Training).
- Click Submit.
- Click OK to close the confirmation screen.
- Sign out from HRIS.
To verify your registration at any time:
- Sign in to HRIS at www.as.ksu.edu/HRIS.
- Click Employee Self Service.
- Click Training and Development.
- Click Training Summary.
NOTE: This will display enrolled sessions as well as completed sessions.

This course will show advisors how to access the information they need as they advise students.
It will also provide advisors with a broader overview of iSIS and the definitions, changes, and
policies revolving around the new student information system.
