Beginning the Fall 2008 semester, final grade submission will be in iSIS, and electronic only; no paper grade sheets will be used. The EGS system used in previous years will no longer be used. Instructors are encouraged to visit iSIS and become familiar with the system and tools prior to submitting final grades. See the information below and to the right for futher explanation.
Grade rosters are available in iSIS for grade entry on Friday, December 10th.
Grade Rosters are available in iSIS for grade entry the day after the last day of class.
Grades are due 5:00 pm, Tuesday, December 21, 2010 for courses with final examinations given Monday, December 13 - Friday, December 17.
The deadline to copy grades from K-State Online to iSIS is 4:00 pm, December 21st in order to allow time for back end processes to run.
Grades are due five business days after course ends.

Five business days after the course ends - once grades have been approved and posted to students’ academic records in iSIS .
As the final grade submission period approaches, hands-on instructor-led training session will be offered for instructors. Check the session schedule for dates and times and then sign up via K-State's Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
A self-paced, online tutorial is available to all K-State Online instructors. A link to the "iSIS Training - including iSIS Grade Submission" course can be found at the very bottom of your K-State Online course organizer - under the section labeled Student. If you do not see the course in your organizer, contact the IT Help Desk for access.
