Removing Service Indicators

Purpose

Use this procedure to remove an existing Service Indicator from a student's record.

Trigger

Perform this procedure when the requirements for a negative service indicator have been fulfilled or the privileges of a positive Service Indicator have been revoked.

Prerequisites

None

· Student must have a Service Indicator on their record.

· Person removing Service Indicator must have the proper security access to do so.

Procedure

1. Campus Community  Service Indicators (Student)  Service Indicator Data

2.       At a minimum, complete the following required fields to find the appropriate record:

Field Name	R/O/C	Description
Empl ID	O	iSIS unique system identifier.  NOTE:  The iSIS Empl ID does not match the HRIS Empl ID. Example:         (left blank)
National ID	O	National identification number issued by the US government.  Social Security Number (SSN).  NOTE:  unknown SSNs are recorded as 999-99-9999. Example:         (left blank)
Campus ID	O	K-State issued student identifier.  Also called, the Wildcat ID (WID). Example:         (left blank)
Last Name	R	Person's last name. Example:         koster
First Name	R	Person's first name. Example:         megan

Result
