Applying Service Indicators
Purpose
Use this procedure to apply a positive or negative Service Indicator to a student.
Trigger
Perform this procedure to apply a negative Service Indicator when a student has not fulfilled some requirement to perform certain actions (i.e., enroll in classes) or receive certain services (i.e. getting a transcript or diploma) or to apply a positive Service Indicator when a student has earned a special privilege or recognition within the system.
Prerequisites
· User must have "Placement" security for the specified Service Indicator.
