Running the Midterm Grade Report
Purpose
Use this procedure to run and view the Midterm Grade Report.
Trigger
Perform this procedure after midterm grades have been completed and you need to review the students with unsatisfactory progress.
Prerequisites
User must have security to the report being run and the data the report requests.

Helpful Hints
· This report shows only those students whose midterm grade is reported as Unsatisfactory.
· The report also shows the reason the Unsatisfactory progress was recorded.
· The report can be run by Academic Group (college) or for the entire University.
· Additionally, the report can be grouped by Academic Plan (major) or by advisor.

2. At a minimum, complete the following required fields to find the appropriate record:

Scheduler for processing of report.

10. Notice the Process Instance number assigned to the report request. This indicates that the request has been successfully submitted.
11. To proceed with viewing the results of the report, click
.

13. Perform one of the following:

Click Refresh until status changes to Posted. |
The system will now open another window and
launch a PDF document (or whatever format was selected).
If there a PDF document does not open,
there was no output from the report request. This usually means that the settings
in the Run Control ID produced no results. In some cases, as in some Class
Schedule error reports, the absence of a report indicates that there is no data
in the report.
15. You have completed this task.
You have a new window open with the KSU Midterm Grade Report in the format that was selected.
