Resend Email for Designee Access

Perform the following steps if your designee did not receive an email inviting them to access your records:

  1. Go to iSIS and sign in with your eID and password.
  2. Go to the Student Center and from the right side click the Add or Manage Designees link in the Designees box.

  3. Click the Edit button and review your designee's email address to ensure it is correct. If it is incorrect, you will need to Remove the designee and then re-add them.

  4. If the email address is correct, return to the Manage Designees page and click the Resend E-mail link next to the designee's name.

  1. An email invitation will be re-sent to the designee.
