Complete Advising Survey

1. On your Student Center page, on the other academic... menu, click Advising Survey and then click the Go button .
   
2. Review the message from the Provost.
   
   
   •  If you have not yet met with your advisor, you will receive a message that you cannot complete the Advising Survey until you have met with your Academic Advisor and had your Advisor Flag removed. 
   
   
3. Click the Continue button to proceed.
4. Answer the questions that follow.
   
   
   • If you click No when asked to verify your advisor, you will be directed to select the college in which you are advised and then the name of your advisor from a list of choices.
   • If you answer No to having visited with your advisor (in person, via phone or email, etc.), you will be asked to provide a reason for not having met. 
   
   
5. Complete the survey by selecting the appropriate answer for each question. 
6. Click the Continue button to complete the survey. 
   
   
   •  The survey must be completed in order to enroll for Fall and Spring terms.
