Getting Started

If you are new to iSIS, this page is for you.  Below are links for how to get access, some helpful tips, and training information for new users.

Before training can occur for administrative processes in iSIS, employees must be authorized for access to the areas covered in the training sessions.  If you do not already have the appropriate access, see the details below on how to obtain it for the desired role.

How to Get Access to iSIS

Students, faculty, academic advisors, and staff get access to specific iSIS features based on their role at the university.  Designees (parents or others) are granted access to their student's information in iSIS by their student.

Below are detailed instructions for each user type.  For additional assistance, contact the IT Help Desk at 785-532-7722 or via email at helpdesk@ksu.edu.

  • Once your student initiates the process in iSIS, you will receive an email from the IT Help Desk with a link to create your eID and password.
