VIEWING AN ADVISEE'S K-STATE 8 REQUIREMENTS IN DARS 

Notes

  • These instructions...
    1. provide a report indicating how a student's record at K-State to date fulfills the new K-State 8 general education requirements
    2. list the K-State 8 requirement categories and all completed classes that meet each of those requirements
    3. can only be run if a student falls under the University General Education (UGE) requirements
  1. From the iSIS Home Page, in iSIS Links box, click Advising Center.

  2. In the list of advisees, click the View Student Details link.

  3. In the Academics box, click Degree Audit (DARS).

  5. Select the appropriate Academic Plan for the report, check the KSTATE8 UGRD General Education Requirements ONLY checkbox and then click Submit Report. Picture of the DARS page with the K-State 8 requirements box, and Submit Report button highlighted.
  6. In the message box, click OK.
  7. If the Status of the report is PENDING, click the Refresh button.
