On the left-hand menu, click Campus Community,
then click Student Services Ctr (Student).
Search for the appropriate student.
If the search results returned more than one student, use
additional information provided to choose the correct student.
Click the general info () tab.
In the Service Indicators region, click Edit
Service Indicators ().
Click Search.
If the students has an existing hold on their account, on
the right-hand side click the + button.
In the Institution field,
enter KSUNV.
In the Service Indicator Code
field, enter the appropriate value. NOTE: You can click the search
button to view all Service Indicator Codes to which you have security
to add.
In the Service Indicator Reason Code
field, enter the appropriate value.
