This gate is a memorial to Mr. and Mrs. Scott N. Higinbotham. The design for the entry gate originated from a student competition, won by Marcia K. Bascom. This site is located at North Manhattan Avenue and Anderson Avenues. The flagpole and spotlights were contributed in memory of Helen R. McIntosh. Many other groups and companies also contributed labor and materials to complete this project.
