  1. Can you pick up and deliver computers on campus?

    Yes, Client Services (formerly Technology Service Center) can pick up and deliver — but only for university departments and during normal business hours. General response time is one day.
  2. Can you work on my home computer?

    Yes. In addition to departmental repairs, we also repair personally owned machines for people affiliated with K-State. See the Personal computer repair section for details, including fees.
  3. Do you work on Macintosh computers?

    Yes. We also do Macintosh warranty repairs and service, and sell parts and software.
  4. I want to buy a new computer. What do you recommend?

    We don't provide individual recommendations because computer technology changes rapidly. However, the university has minimum recommendations for students buying PCs and Macs. See the K-State computer recommendations site.
