Computer and peripheral repair services are available to K-Staters for both university-owned and personally owned equipment. This service is provided by Client Services (formerly the Technology Service Center), a section of the Information Technology Assistance Center.

Personal computer repairs: Starting May 12, the IT Help Desk moved to a billing system as the only payment method for faculty/staff and students. When a repaired computer is picked up, a bill is mailed within 30 days to the local address on file or provided at pickup. For details, see the "IT Help Desk moving to billing system" article in IT News. Departmental payment types have not changed. |
