As a result of the U.S. Energy Policy Act of 2005, Daylight Saving Time (DST) will start earlier and end later for the next four years,
(2007-2010), adding four weeks to the DST time period. This change will impact many IT resources and infrastructure.
This first year, DST starts Sunday, March 11, and ends Sunday, Nov. 4.
