Checkout Procedure Digital still cameras, digital video camcorders, tripods, projectors, laptops, audio recorders and other audio visual equipment may be checked out by faculty, students and staff at no charge for use on the K-State campus. You must show your K-State ID (Wildcat Card) and sign the checkout policy form at the time of checkout.

Reservations can be made prior to checkout by calling 785-532-4918.

Equipment can be checked out for 3 days and is available at 3 p.m. the day of the reservation. Equipment must be returned by 12 noon the day it is due. Returning checked out equipment on time is essential; failure to return on time will result in your inability to check out equipment for the rest of the semester. If you know you are not going to make the deadline please call us at 785.532.4918 to let us know. Patrons returning equipment late will be charged a late fee; additionally, damaged or missing accessories will be charged to the patron.
Patrons must provide their own media for camcorders and still cameras, i.e. SD cards, mini DV tapes, CDs and DVDs.
