Patrick has worked for OME as both a Quality Assurance student and a student application developer. While working for QA he did an excellent job working with customers and testing software. He has wonderful interpersonal skills and is able to diagnose the problem quickly with clear, concise questions. He is also able to explain the solution in simple, non-technical terms to the customer.

Patrick’s work in support has always exceeded expectations, and has received many positive feedback messages. Once he made the challenging transition to development, he was able to hit the ground running and has produced lots of quality work with very little guidance.
