Phil started 10 years ago as a student developer for OME and over the years steadily progressed to full-time developer, team lead, and most recently to manager. At each step he has shown considerable abilities and work ethic. His creativity is apparent by his years of work on the Axio (K-State Online) system, where he built many of the more advanced functions. He also worked on many other OME systems. Thanks to his technical abilities, OME has produced many quality systems over the years. Beyond that, he demonstrates excellent leadership.
