Bryan has worked hard to create an environment that empowers faculty to create, upload and manage their own video and interactive web content. He provides hands-on service and training to faculty and does so at all hours of the day and night. He works well with faculty and staff and has a good reputation among them as someone who is very helpful. Bryan is so well recognized for being an expert at assisting faculty with their Wimba needs that the Wimba company has asked him to present at their national conference several years in a row on how he handles the service and assistance to his users. I get very nice emails several times a year from faculty on how helpful and nice he is.
