Jill Miller provides technical support for K-State Research and Extension for all Mac computers in the organization, plus all the varied hardware and software requirements of the Communications Department, and the Extension administrative offices, among other duties. Jill is easy to work with and responds in a friendly, yet professional manner. Despite being pulled in different directions by a relatively large user group with divergent needs and expectations, she maintains a sense of humor and a demeanor that makes it a pleasure to work with her. Her work is much more than technical support. Jill is deserving of recognition for outstanding customer service.
