Roberta exhibits the spirit of IT in her enthusiasm, dedication, hard work, intelligence, attitude, and demeanor.  She is instrumental in creating and maintaining a positive, service oriented, family oriented work environment in CNS.  She works to empower others to do their jobs with minimal constraints.  There are few people who have done more to improve operational efficiency or effectiveness.  She is honest, treats all team members with respect while holding then accountable, she’ll tell you what she thinks and why, and she will always carry more than her share of the load.  She does whatever it takes to get the job done, whether it’s sharing the CRB or volunteering for the United Way.
