Jonathan works as a University Computing Lab assistant.  He greets his customers with a smile and a “no problem, just tell me what you need attitude”.  His customers speak highly of his willingness to help them out of a bind and get the job done to their satisfaction.  He identifies problems, develops resourceful solutions and makes recommendations for corrective action.  Jonathan can consistently be relied upon to complete tasks and follow up as needed.  In addition to his regular assigned tasks, he has developed a website with programs that he has written to streamline his tasks.  He has also made this information available to others.  His can-do attitude makes him a valuable asset to keeping the labs up.
