Larry Robertson

Information Technology Assistance Center

In his capacity as Help Desk supervisor, Larry provides service in a timely and courteous manner.  He greets everyone with a smile and puts the most aggravated patron at ease.  His patience is remarkable.  He strives to be fair-minded, equitable and helpful person to all his co-workers as well as the university community at large.  Larry works tirelessly to meet the needs of those who need help.  It does not matter if it is an employee, one of his fellow managers or a customer.  Larry truly does portray customer service.
