The email documentation team provided valuable documentation on the way on which the email enhancement project would impact the K-State community. It was a useful resource that contributed to the success of the email upgrades made over the summer of 2004. The team demonstrated the use of an effective project management framework. The scope of this project affected all units and students across campus. Quotes from references stated they had seen a lot of documentation related to technical procedures designed for the novice user but this was one of the best I have witnessed. Their online documentation met the 3 A’s: It was attractive, accessible and applicable to the goals of the email enhancement project.”
