The KEAS project team dramatically altered
K-State's IT project culture as pioneers
in formal project management and achieving
buy in through extensive, effective communications
with a wide audience.
There was great
attention to detail throughout the project which was demonstrated when it was
released. Chuck Gould was instrumental in
this. He was so good at keeping everyone
informed. They had a separate communications
committee to help communicate to campus,
which was a great idea.
The project had
a widespread
impact on campus. It was the biggest change
of the year and will impact us for years
to come.
